Quit smoking therapy and following lifestyle changes

The process of smoking is a physical and spiritual misery, it is a dependency, a limitation in individual freedom and an obvious slavery. Some smokers would be happy to quit, but they are addicted, while others would not like to, subconsciously protecting this habit of theirs, thinking they would lose something if they did quit. Actually, it is not difficult to quit smoking, but the biggest obstacle in quitting is that smokers are convinced of their disability to quit. They think they can only relax or stay macho if they lit a cigarette, only stay in the same circle of friends or maintain their body weight if they smoked. This of course is mere illusion.

Those who have realized that there is life beyond smoking and it is not indispensable to keep their social status or individual satisfaction, and perhaps have even found an effective technique of quitting, they still have to fight battles of nicotine addiction over and over again, the obscurity of how to develop a correct lifestyle, and the destructive effects left over from many years of smoking.

Many times diseases connected to smoking appear specifically after the person has already quit. This can only happen if those particular purifying and regenerating therapies have not been performed without which the new immune system becomes vulnerable to the insidious harm of cigarette poison accumulated over the years.

In Hungary about 35,000 people die yearly from smoking, but about 2,500 people die from passive smoking too. Smoking as a problem has not existed in the world 500 years ago. The fact that it could spread is only due to the heartless mass-hypnotization for the sake of profit that made people believe in the indispensabilty of smoking, and resulted in them accepting it as a symbol of relaxation, wealth and strength. All this was done at the cost of millions of lives and misery, as 1 million people die from smoking yearly, and yet the number of smokers continues to grow with population explosion. In certain African countries the ratio of smokers is 60 %, but we may find places where it is under 5%.

The Dr.Tamasi Ayurvedic Center conducts therapies with which the result of quitting and the following treatments may be complete, thus further threat can be minimized.
